OUR GOAL
Mission
We love software that increases productivity. But how is it going at the moment? We believe that there are far too many tools and areas in need of improvement. There has to be a better way of working – that’s why we developed ClubShare. Initially for the founders’ own work in a soccer club. Now it gives us the opportunity to realize our vision of making the world more productive.
Ultimately, our goal is for employees involved in the public relations and marketing of a soccer club to do their work in ClubShare – making employees more productive and giving them time back to do other things. An app that replaces everything else. We are just getting started and are so grateful for all the clubs that are already working with us, giving us valuable feedback and filling ClubShare with life.

As a working student with up to 20 hours per week (can be increased during the semester break), you will not only get to know user-centered approaches, but will also be right in the middle of our start-up. You are motivated to create and design things independently. In return, we offer you the flexibility that your studies require. What counts for us is enthusiasm for new things, drive, team spirit and the ability to think pragmatically and creatively.
Your profile & mindset
- Your thirst for knowledge cannot be quenched during your studies (ideally in computer science, design, media or communications) and you want to experience how theory is applied in practice.
- You are familiar with the characteristics of good usability and can put them into practice.
- You can use user-centered methods (e.g. interviews, usability tests, design thinking) in a targeted manner and derive requirements from them.
- You are motivated by the independent creation of solution proposals, the exchange within the team is important to you and you are open to new perspectives.
- You are familiar with tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Axure or Adobe XD and you are motivated to develop visually appealing and intuitive solutions with us.
- Users and a good user experience are important to you.
Your new job
- From user research, through low- and high-fidelity prototyping, to final product development: with us you will get to know the entire process and can try out what really suits you.
- You create wireframes based on UX research methods such as interviews, user journeys and focus groups. You implement your user-centered UI designs for mobile, web or XR apps in interactive prototypes and test them with real users.
- With us, it’s your results that count, not your status: our flat hierarchies quickly give you the opportunity to shape things yourself and take on responsibility.
